Why Upchar Setu exists.
Across India, families are managing home care the way they always have — alone. A working son calling from another city to check if his mother took her medication. A daughter coordinating between a private nurse, a visiting doctor, and a physiotherapist who don't know each other. The gap is real. Qualified home care professionals exist. Families who need them exist. But the connection between the two — reliable, verified, coordinated, and trusted — has been missing. Upchar Setu was founded to build that bridge.
