Clinical Care Coordinator
Serve as the primary liaison between families, doctors, and home healthcare staff. Manage schedules, visit documentation, and emergency escalations.
Qualifications: B.Sc Nursing, MHA, or MSW with 2+ years clinical experience.
Home Health Staff Nurse
Provide clinical bedside nursing: IV therapy, wound care, catheterization, and vital signs monitoring for homebound patients.
Qualifications: GNM or B.Sc Nursing registered with Gujarat Nursing Council.
Consultant Physiotherapist
Deliver in-home neuro and ortho rehabilitation for stroke recovery, joint replacement, and geriatric mobility maintenance.
Qualifications: BPT or MPT with home therapy experience.
